Shipping & Handling
Processing times can take up to 3-10 business days prior to being shipped.
Please note that shipping time frames are stipulated by the delivery companies that we use for delivering our products to each location all over the world. On the rare occasion, there are delays, delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames, which Sculpt Lifestyle Inc. has no control over and is not responsible for.
If you wish to make a complaint about your product not reaching you within indicated time frame, please contact the postal company in charge of delivering your parcel (this will be found in your delivery confirmation email which will be sent once your order is dispatched) - this will be a much more efficient way of tracking down your parcel and working out why it is delayed. Please do email us if you have contacted the delivery company and are still having difficulties with your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please check with your country's customs department about import taxes. Sculpt Lifestyle is not responsible for paying for your Countries Import Taxes.
Our warehouse is operational. However, please note that Canada Post and USPS have advised of potential delays in delivery times.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact email@example.com within 7 calendar days of the date your order was delivered to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We require the order receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Unfortunately, refund requests after the 7-day timeline cannot be honoured.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the original condition that you received it, and sealed in its original packaging. Certain items are exempt from refunds. Consumable goods, such as tea and food items, and intimate-wear cannot be refunded.
Once a package has shipped it can no longer be cancelled and a return must be processed after the package is received.
After we receive and inspect your returned item to our satisfaction, we will send you an email confirming if your refund request is approved or declined. If you are approved for a refund, you will be refunded through your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund request was approved and your bank or credit card statements do not reflect the refund, contact your bank or credit card company. It normally takes time for refund transactions to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund after a few weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defective items are eligible for an exchange. If you would like to exchange a defective item, please contact email@example.com within 3 calendar days of the date your order was delivered and include your order number, a description and photos of the defect.
Items not in their original condition and packaging (ex: items showing signs of use, wear and tear, damage, etc.) cannot be exchanged and will be returned to you at your expense, with an additional $5 administrative fee applied.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned or exchanged items.
Return and Exchange Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any shipping costs, customs, duties, taxes or any other charges related to returns or exchanges or any losses related to shipping. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item and any associated customs, duties, taxes or other charges. If you are approved for a refund or exchange, the cost of any shipping, customs, duties, taxes or other charges will be deducted from your refund or charged to you prior to processing your exchange.
If your order was eligible for free shipping and you choose to do a return, a tracked package shipping fee will retroactively be added onto your order and deducted from your refund.
Depending on your shipping address, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $25, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Sculpt Lifestyle makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, usefulness or timeliness regarding the ordered products.
In any case, Sculpt Lifestyle’s liability to you as the customer will be limited to replacing or crediting you the original purchase price of the ordered item. Sculpt Lifestyle will not be liable for any other damages, either direct or consequential.
Your purchase order, once confirmed, is deemed a contract executed in the Province of Ontario and is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply. By confirming your purchase order, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for adjudication of any dispute arising from this contract.
